WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE BOOKING MY TATTOO OR PIERCING?
Schedule a free consultation:
This is the best time to get advice directly from the artist about your new tattoo or piercing. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit our studio and see for yourself that we comply with all hygiene standards and work with high-quality products. Once the design is finalized, you’ll receive all the information about the price and availability.

TERMS AND APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
Booking conditions:
A deposit is required to book an appointment for a tattoo or piercing. This amount represents a portion of the total cost and allows the artist to begin your personalized design.

Cancellations or changes by the client:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to ensure your deposit is retained. This is important because the appointment could be reassigned to other clients. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the loss of your deposit if any loss occurs. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances but can be used by you or someone else for other products or services within one year of the cancellation date.

Cancellations by the artist:
If the artist needs to cancel the appointment for reasons beyond the studio’s control, we will offer you a suitable alternative to complete your tattoo or piercing. If no agreement is reached, you may cancel or reschedule the appointment. The deposit is non-refundable but can also be used for other products or services within one year.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
State your health condition:
If you suffer from any serious illness, inform the artist during the initial consultation to confirm if the tattoo or piercing can be performed.

Minimum age:
You must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo or piercing. In exceptional cases, we may accept a written consent statement from your parents. Additionally, a birth certificate must be presented on the appointment day, and both parents must be present.

Punctuality:
Please be punctual. If you’re running late, let us know in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the artist reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT?

• Get plenty of sleep the night before your appointment.
• Eat and drink sufficiently (avoid alcohol and caffeine).
• Wear comfortable clothing.
• Avoid direct sunlight.
• For safety reasons, do not bring children or pets to the studio.

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR NEW TATTOO OR PIERCING
Wash your hands: Touch your tattoo or piercing only with clean hands, and protect it from contamination.
First protection: Keep the protective bandage on your skin for the time recommended by the artist.
Cleaning: Wash the tattoo or piercing with warm water and a fragrance-free, pH-neutral soap. Gently pat it dry and apply a thin layer of healing ointment (e.g., Bepanthen).
Clothing: Preferably wear loose clothing.
Moisturize: Apply the healing ointment 2 to 4 times a day for three weeks.
Sun protection: Protect your tattoo from direct sunlight for the first 8 weeks. After that, we recommend always using sunscreen.
Caution: Avoid saunas, pools, or beaches during the healing phase.
Don’t scratch: It’s normal for the tattoo to itch as it heals. Don’t scratch it to avoid damaging the design.

Note: Proper aftercare is essential to ensure the quality of your tattoo or piercing. If aftercare instructions are not followed, the studio will not be held responsible for the final result.
